RICHMOND, R.I. (WPRI) — Workers were evacuated Tuesday after flames erupted at a manufacturing plant on the Richmond-Charlestown line.
The scene is on Sherman Avenue, just off Route 2. A
Hazardous material crews from several fire departments, the state fire marshal, and the R.I. Department of Environmental Management are all on scene at this hour.
