The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has announced the recall of more than 43,300 outdoor kids swings due to a fall hazard for young children. Delta Enterprise Corp., which sold the swings at Walmart stores nationwide and online from March through October 2022, has received seven reports of swing seat restraint straps breaking, but no injuries have been reported yet. The recalled swings include model numbers SW86508MM, SW86516MN, SW86575MM, SW86576MN, and SW86577PW, and were sold with silhouettes of cartoon characters such as Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and Paw Patrol. Consumers who have bought any of these swings must avoid using them and contact Delta Enterprise Corp. immediately for free replacement straps.
