Several beachfront homes were destroyed by fire in Scituate, Massachusetts on Friday night. According to Scituate Fire Chief John Murphy, firefighters responded to Glades Road after receiving reports of flames shooting from multiple houses along Minot Beach. The fire spread to five homes causing significant damage. While some of the homes were occupied, everyone was able to escape safely. The cause of the fire is still under investigation, and police are obtaining footage from people who may have seen it early on. No injuries were reported.
