
A man from South Kingstown, Rhode Island appeared in court on Monday in connection with multiple sexual assaults that occurred over a decade. Luke Gedeon, 45, is facing charges of first-degree sexual assault, second-degree child molestation, and first-degree child molestation. The incidents allegedly happened between January 2012 and September 2022 in South Kingstown. It is unclear how many victims are involved, and Gedeon is currently being held without bail at the ACI. He is due to appear in court again on April 24. The South Kingstown Police Chief stated that the charges are a step towards justice for the young victims and thanked their dedicated detectives for their work on the case.
