The Rhode Island Bridge and Turnpike Authority’s customer service center has limited in-person hours for customers experiencing E-ZPass issues. Although the walk-in center is open on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9am to 1pm, it’s often difficult for customers to visit during lunch breaks. To address this issue, the quasi-state agency will open its service center for special evening hours on March 16th and March 23rd from 4pm to 7pm. RITBA’s Executive Director, Lori Caron Silveira, hopes that dedicated hours for in-person transactions will improve the customer experience. RITBA’s customer service center can be contacted by phone Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, and is located at 1 East Shore Road. More information about RITBA can be found on their website.
