This year’s contest features rescued pets, and Stewie was rescued from an auction in Ohio about a year ago by Lifting Spirits Miniature Therapy Horses. Stewie suffers from dwarfism, a genetic condition that can cause significant health issues in the breed. His health has been improving with specialized care, and he now serves as a therapy horse visiting various facilities across the state. Anyone can vote for Stewie in the contest online through March 14, and the winner will star in the Cadbury Bunny commercial and receive $5,000, along with an additional $5,000 to donate to an animal rescue shelter of their choice.
