Students must be applying to study a science or mathematics degree. The full list of eligible programmes can be found below. In addition to this, students must be predicted a minimum of ABB grades at GCE A2-level or equivalent, and choose Royal Holloway as their ‘firm’ choice through UCAS. Students must be liable for £9,000 tuition fees during their course. The Eliahou Dangoor Scholarships have been created following a generous gift by Mr Naim Dangoor to leading universities in the United Kingdom to provide talented students with the opportunity to study science, technology, engineering and mathematics. Mr Dangoor, noting the financial hurdles that British students now have to surmount to go to university, sees the Scholarships as offering the opportunity to some of the best students to realise their potential. Eliahou Dangoor Scholarships will be awarded for a variety of reasons that include academic excellence and personal circumstances, and will recognise exceptional achievement gained through determination and commitment as well as talent. To be eligible for an award applicants must complete an application form, must be predicted to achieve a minimum of ABB grades at GCE A2-level or equivalent, and must have made Royal Holloway their unconditional or conditional firm choice.
