Eligibility for International University :
-You must currently be living in Korea. You must begin undergraduate or graduate study in 2012 at a college/university.
- If you are applying to an Australian University and will start February or March 2013, please indicate this on your application.
-You must hold a grade point average (GPA) of 80 or higher on a 100-point scale or 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
-High school students must have a level of 1-3 on a 9 level scale in any three subjects in your last semester.
-You must have a valid TOEFL score.
-You must return a completed application form with your TOEFL test scores which includes a written essay and official transcript in a sealed envelope.
Eligibility for Korean University TOEFL® scholarships will be awarded to students in Korea who meet the following requirements:
-You must currently be enrolled in an undergraduate program in Korea.
-You must hold a grade point average (GPA) of 80 or higher on a 100-point scale or 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
-You must have a valid TOEFL score.

2011 TOEFL® Scholarship Program in China

2011 ETS Announces TOEFL® Scholarship Program for Chinese Students

Educational Testing Service (ETS), the creator of the TOEFL® test, announced today that the TOEFL Scholarship Program recognizing academic excellence by TOEFL test takers will be offered for the second consecutive year in China. The 2011 TOEFL Scholarship Program will issue awards valued at approximately US$82,500, an increase of more than US$20,000 in award funding over the 2010 TOEFL Scholarship Program. A total of 48 TOEFL scholarships will be awarded to Chinese students demonstrating academic excellence. Three US$5,000 scholarships and 45 US$1,500 scholarships will be presented to Chinese students for academic study in 2011, including in the U.K., Canada and the United States. TOEFL scholarship winners will be notified in May 2011.

2011 ETS Announces TOEFL® Scholarship Program for Taiwanese Students

Educational Testing Service (ETS), the creator of the TOEFL® test, announced the TOEFL Scholarship Program in Taiwan which will recognize academic excellence by TOEFL test takers. The 2011 TOEFL Scholarship Program will issue awards valued at US$30,000.
A total of 10 TOEFL scholarships will be awarded to Taiwanese students demonstrating academic excellence. Ten US$3,000 scholarships will be presented to Taiwanese students for academic study in 2011 at a college or university listed in the TOEFL® Destinations Directory, including institutions in Australia, Canada, U.K., and the United States. TOEFL scholarship winners will be notified in May 2011.
