Singapore: postdoctoral fellowships in the lab of Dr. Ronen Zaidel-Bar (http://CellAdhesionLab.com) to study the regulation of cell-cell adhesion and cytoskeletal dynamics in tissue culture and in the model organism C. elegans.
The lab is part of the new Mechanobiology Institute in the National University of Singapore (http://www.mbi.nus.edu.sg), which is setup to be the world’s leading center for interdisciplinary research in tissue, cellular and molecular mechanics. Singapore is a world-class city offering a high standard of living within an exciting blend of cultures, cuisine and arts.

NATURE AND SCOPE OF JOB
The Center for Applied Scientific Computing (CASC) has openings for postdoctoral researchers to perform advanced research and development in the area of scientific data mining, specifically analysis of streaming data.
Candidates will be encouraged to conduct relevant exploratory research and publish results. Will work in multidisciplinary teams in an environment that encourages participation in the academic research community while focusing on problems of interest to DOE programs. Will report to the Informatics Group
Leader within CASC.
